I'm able to replicate this. The following files from the zip mentioned in the issue are not rendered (appear as a white background):

Dynamics 365 App Icons.zip

There might be some incompatibility with the WebBrowser rendering engine.

For me the SVG Icon Previews don't work when the files are in OneDrive folder but when locally stored they work.

@CodeLake , that's a known issue. OneDrive generates the thumbnails in the cloud instead of the local computer according to some settings. Here's some context: #12949

#17588 fixes this as well.
