Steps to reproduce

  • Select Type under Physical Shortcut
  • Press the Win+Shift+S shortcut
  • Press Ok
  • Press Type under Mapped To
  • Press Ctrl+Shift+C
  • Press Ok
  • Press Ok
  • Try Ctrl+Shift+C and it will not work

Typical case of #13710. The word "physical" should be a hint that you should press these keys to achieve the other hotkey.

Thank you, yes the help text definitely needs clarification. By physical shortcut I thought it meant the existing shortcut, as the new one does not exist yet at that point in time.
