In order to do something with this, we need you to be more specific. What is the expected action? And where? /needinfo
This page shows default responses, but you can set a specific action for any 3-finger gesture (tap, swipe up/right/down/left) in Extra Settings.

This isn't something PowerToys can do due to API limitations.
