Appearance Settings for PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to request to add an option to customize and personalize the PowerToys Run feature, like changing borderRadius of the Search Bar, transparency, blur, Mica, etc...

Scenario when this would be used?

It would look pretty minimal and visually appealing in my opinion, because the more control the users have on the personalization the better they can unleash their creativity, and customize the software as much as they want.
