Description of the new feature / enhancement

The new option to select a language in Quick Accent is useful to limit the displayed options.
The problem with the way it was implemented is that it allows only for all or just 1 language.
Some of us are multilingual and would like to use it with more than one language. For example: French & Romanian (alongside english)
It would be better if the drop-down allowed multiple selection of language and then the subset of characters would be limited to that character.

Scenario when this would be used?

If I am a multilingual user (ex: English, French & Romanian).
If I limit the accents to French, I would lose out on the romanian diacritics.
This would force me to go into settings and change the language every time or simply stay with all languages and no benefit from the feature.
My proposition is to allow the selection of multiple languages and then limit the accents to those specific langauges.
