PowerToys auto-update

Running as admin

FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

At boot, Fancy Zones does not activate. Power tools program is running. Have to manually turn it off and on to activate zones

✔️ Expected Behavior

To run after boot

❌ Actual Behavior

Have to manually turn off and on for it to work
