Description of the new feature / enhancement

When pressing the search button, the PowerToys Run search box pops up instead of Windows Search.

Jump to the PowerToys Run search box instead of Windows Search when typing search results in the Start menu.

These are two different functions.

In this request, it has been allowed to launch PowerToys Run via Win+S to replace the Windows search interface

Scenario when this would be used?

The Windows search interface is so irrelevant that we need PowerToys Run to completely replace it
