Description of the new feature / enhancement

User can change layout of the Fancyzones during dragging.
So user can put the dragging window to position of other layout.

Scenario when this would be used?

I want to place different types of windows in different locations, but I can't set them all up in one layout.
It can be used to place multiple windows in a specific overlapping position.
I usually place development tools on the left side of the screen, about two-thirds of the total, and related tools are placed at the bottom of the screen and the top right.

Scrolling up/down to cycle through the zone for the monitor in which the cursor is.

Also tab / ctrl+tab for an equivalent function on the keyboard
