Description of the new feature / enhancement

It will be great while in explorer window and into a folder with JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, AVI, MPEG and etc to be previewed just with single space bar press, after second space bar press preview will be closed . After opened with previewer switching with arrows key between different files into the folder.
Like apple quick look maybe later with feature updates this previewer may be capable of viewing different kind of files such as TXT, RTF, PDF and more...

Scenario when this would be used?

more convenient and faster way to preview on screen photos and videos. This is very useful for people who work with such a media or document files and have them a lot in one folder. I've been using a MAC before this feature "Apple quick look" save's time and its a great way just for preview a file in details before edited it for example
