Steps to reproduce

PowerToys keeps old copies of updates and recent update installers have double in size from 100 MB to 200 MB

Having 10+ updates means taking valuable disk space

I don't remember how I installed PowerToys

Remove old update installers

❌ Actual Behavior

Keeps accumulating old update installers

Also experienced this on 0.59, not sure if it was patched in later versions. Have just upgraded to v0.76.1 via PowerToys after realizing that it wasn't even auto updating, just downloading the installers.

Will update if the issue persists.

Install it from MS Store or Winget. Thanks to that I'm not observing that behavior anymore.
Also 100 Gb is super low for Windows partition, your machine must be constantly struggling.

Issue has been fixed since v0.73.0 (bcb0942). Requesting this be closed.
