Make selected window transparent

Scenario when this would be used?

When working with multiple windows with the pattern like a small window and a fullscreen one. Due to the nature of rectangle shaped window, only transparency can fully make use of the screen by putting the small window at a relatively blank place so that both windows can be seen simultaneously.

There are softwares that can do this, such as Glass2k.

https://github.com/RamonUnch/AltSnap already lets you do this for any window with alt+scroll to adjust the transparency. Additionally it lets you make any window borderless, move/resize them that way, snap multiple windows together and so on.
