Description of the new feature / enhancement

Enable mouse pointer cross hairs to flow across multiple monitors.

Scenario when this would be used?

I love the mouse pointer crosshairs for helping my eyes flow across the page.
I often have spreadsheets open across my two monitors.

It would be extremely helpful and useful to have the mouse crosshairs flow across multiple monitors to easier view / identify the row across the monitors. <<<
Does that make sense?
(And it would be helpful for other documents as well.)
