Memory Leak in Color Picker and Run features?

Steps to reproduce

I'm not sure I was sleeping and woke up to the buzzing sound of my computer beeping over reaching 95% memory

✔️ Expected Behavior

Not consume my ram like it's cookies

❌ Actual Behavior

Some sort of control over itself and it's hunger

PS: I used exit button in the lower menu in windows and closed Power Toys, however none of the ram leaking applications were closed or seem to want to close for a few minutes, instead they went ahead and kept consuming my memory further...
They pushed all my working memory into page file so I am now with pycharm vscode and everything that usually puts me at 45% down to 20% :/ this is a weird thing that I woke up to

Extra: Killing color picker process yielded good results, memory was freed, but soon after PowerToys Run made sure that ram wasn't available for long, I then proceeded to kill it after reaching 18.5 Gb ram usage

This is likely #24047. Which we think was fixed in #26287, which was released in 0.70.1.
@Sly0511 , please update to 0.70.1, as it contains a fix for the issue. Please open a new issue if this occurs again in a newer version. /dup

Looking at the logs I can confirm that the leak happened in 0.70.0 and is caused by the events
Should be fixed in 0.70.1
