Microsoft PowerToys version

0.71.0

Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

Running as admin

No

Area(s) with issue?

FancyZones, FancyZones Editor

Steps to reproduce

Shift drag window to a zone that is touching the taskbar get resized up to under the taskbar. So the last X pixels of an app is under the taskbar. In fact, when creating a zone we can clearly see that it is extended under the taskbar and it shouldn't. Bottom of app are unusable or hides under the taskbar. This is the case for a long time not specific to that version.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Fancyzone editor do not extend to the full bottom of the screen should be screen height minus taskbar height.

❌ Actual Behavior

Can't use and see last X pixels of an app.
