key remap is always running and not showing up on remap list

Steps to reproduce

i was remapping some keys on my keyboard. ef_ry thing was working _ine until i restarted my pc after deleting the remaps. after i restated, the remaps were still enabled e_en when keyboard manager was disabled same with the entire process itself being disabled. please fix this i cant type properly :(

keyremapping to be deleted or disabled

❌ Actual Behavior

continues to remap after restarting with keyboard manager off and the entire process closed.
