Make the peek function more suitable for word&excel

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The peek function in powertoys is one of the functions I use the most. I find that it adapts well to pdf and png (generally referring to pictures). However, for word and excel, peek seems to be a bit inadequate. It only displays the file name, file size and other information, rather than the thumbnail of the file content.
At the same time, under the win10 operating system, there is actually a similar function - folder navigation bar --> view --> preview pane. For this purpose, I took two screenshots of word and excel using this function. I sincerely hope that similar functions can be integrated into peek in subsequent upgrades. Thanks to all programmers for their hard work.

Scenario when this would be used?

This function is mainly adapted to word and excel. I hope that I can quickly view the word or excel content on the first page at work. Generally speaking, these are important parts of a file. Since peek loads quickly, I can quickly browse the content of word or excel without having to "click-->wait for loading-->edit". This will greatly improve my work efficiency. grateful.
