Steps to reproduce

SVG previews in both preview and thumbnails are all white, no image is shown, just white. This starts to happen after updating from 0.72.0 to 0.74.0. Tested on two different machines with different hardware, still the same - all white preview. If I open the file in Chrome or Edge it looks fine, but in previews it's just white background.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Previews show actual image.

❌ Actual Behavior

Previews show only white background.

Other Software

Windows version - Windows 11 Pro, 22H2, 22621.2361.
If Chrome version is something important - using latest: Version 117.0.5938.92 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Right before the update of PowerToys I did Windows update on both machines.

I have more than 2k, all of them are shown white. Here are some examples:

This has been fixed in 0.74.1. Please update PowerToys to the latest: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
