Description of the new feature / enhancement

I love the keyboard-manager feature for reassigning keyboard keys, and I'd love the same for mouse buttons,
Example:
I click mouse-4 (thumb button on the mouse) and it is interpreted as a keyboard input (i.e. F11) or key-combination (i.e. ctrl+C)

Scenario when this would be used?

usecases are endless, I personally want to use it as a microphone mute/unmute key in Win11 (Alt+Win+K)
