Keyboard manager Swich for Shortcut key enable and disable

Description of the new feature / enhancement

1 Give option to on and off Keyboard manager Swich with Shortcut key which enable and disable Keyboard manager option with the selected shortcut key.

2 Also Provide the customization option here

so i can add my own selected shortcut option here with toggle for on and off the options.

Scenario when this would be used?

1 i created a shortcut key of copy and paste with the alphabart C V. So when i want to type C or V i want to go in the taskbar and close keyboark manager option in order to write C or V. that is the problem.

2 is related to the first one. when i need to turn off keyboard manager i wanted to go in all app then find keyboard manager and turn off or on it. this is lot off click in order to on and off the toggle..
