Description of the new feature / enhancement

A blackout option designed for multi-monitor setups. It allows users to selectively dim or black out specific monitors, reducing unwanted glare or distraction, especially when watching content in a dark environment.

Scenario when this would be used?

Picture this: you've got multiple screens set up, and you're watching something in a dark room. But one bright monitor nearby keeps pulling your attention away. That's when having a blackout option comes in handy. It lets you dim or black out that overly bright screen, so it doesn't disrupt your viewing pleasure. It's all about customizing your setup to enjoy your movies or shows without any unwanted glare from other screens.
