Description of the new feature / enhancement

I mean gestures like on MacOS with Magic Mouse or like laptop's touchpad or like Logitech's mouse MX-series.

Scenario when this would be used?

People could use it when they work or surf browser or in other scenarious. I think it can be a killer feature, which is gonna help to a lot of people. Also it can add more users for PowerToys.

Supporting information

If users could set some actions to gestures it could help a lot
