Steps to reproduce

After the last update it seemed fixed, but after the first reboot of the PC, the Mica effect disappears again.

I too have been having this problem and had been waiting till the 0.78 release thinking then it would fix the issue. But still the bug seems to be there as usual

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
