I rarely search for files/folders. Most of the times when I'm using Win or Win+R it's because I want to run a program.

Will there be settings to disable the file/web search aspects of the expanded scope? Or an interesting idea is that using Win+R opens it in 'app' mode but Win+S opens it in a more liberal search mode?
