1. Run Color Picker tool
2. Scroll mouse wheel to zoom

✔️ Expected Behavior

The Zoom window shouldn't capture part of hover menu. (v 0.78.0 there is still small part of hover menu but much less)

❌ Actual Behavior

The Zoom window captures part of the Hover Menu with color.
