Switch sound to Window on Top

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When a window is active that is playing audio, the audio is turned on, and other windows in the background are muted.

Scenario when this would be used?

You are watching two basketball games,(or possibly three) one in each window, and when you click on the one you want to watch at the time, you have to manually mute the former game and then unmute the current one. It would be really helpful to have a feature that could be turned on and off for this type of situation.
