✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys should wait quietly in the background application

❌ Actual Behavior

In the case of PowerToys, while using Chrome to open a new page, "out of memory" appears, but in fact, there is enough memory, and the browser flashes back. When I opened the browser and some pages again, the PowerToys error popped up.
