AlwaysOnTop but inversed, so that the selected window is always in the background
Scenario when this would be used?
I keep a specific window below all my other ones via applying AlwaysOnTop to every window except for that one, but I frequently close/open new windows and I have to reapply it every time. It'd be much quicker to just be able to command the one window that I want to stay in the background to stay in the background.
