Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.836
PowerToys version: 0.8.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): run

Steps to reproduce

Install Evernote. Search for Evernote.

Expected behavior

Evernote app should be in the list.

Actual behavior

Searching for Evernote shows only the EvernoteClipper in the list.

Similarly “File Explorer” cannot be fount.

I have the same problem. I have µTorrent and if I write torrent (or Torrent, doesn't matter) - it doesn't find the app.

We are aware of this issue and currently being tracked in #3223. Closing this as a duplicate.
