📝 Synchroning configurations with the Microsoft/Github account.

With this feature, you could save and use your onetime PowerToys configuration within multiple desktops, just synchronizing your Microsoft account.

This prevents the necessity of reconfiguring all your replaced shortcuts between workspaces.

this option would require to share only a subset of the FZ settings since some have dependency on the current machine.
The only sharable part is what is already tracked in #309
Feel free to add your comments there.
