[Supporting the Platform - Power Toys Settings - Fancy Zones]: At Resize mode, 'Excluded apps' section does not get properly visible on the screen. #7068

[Power Toys Settings - Fancy Zones]

User Impact:
Low vision users using resize scaling will not be able to get the proper information as 'Excluded apps' section does not get properly visible on the screen.

Test Environment:
OS Version: 20221.1000
App Name: Power Toy Preview
App Version: v0.23.0

Pre-Requisistes:
Set the screen resolution to 1280x768 > Set text size to 225% (Settings -> Ease of access -> Make text bigger)

Reproe-Steps:

  1. Open Power Toys Settings application.
  2. Navigate to Fancy Zone present at the left side of the pane and activate it.
  3. Navigate to 'Excluded apps' section present at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Observe the issue.

Actual Result:
At Resize mode, 'Excluded apps' section does not get properly visible on the screen.

Note:
Same issue is repro on Image Resizer.

Expected Result:
At Resize mode, 'Excluded apps' section should be properly visible on the screen as it is visible on the normal mode.

we don't have a 1280x768 screen, we tried using several custom DPI values on 1920x1080 screen and couldn't reproduce the problem.
If the problem can be reproduced, it may still something not fixable by FZ since we are using just standard controls there.

OK thanks, we tested with high DPI settings not text settings, at least we know the high DPI settings are not causing any issue.
