[FancyZones] shortcut to reapply current layout for windows that are maximized or resized

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

• Say I have many windows
• Some are snapped in the zones defined in FancyZones
• Some are maximized
• Some I have manually resized to a random (non-maximized, non facy zoned)

Problem / Inconvenience:

• Going through all the windows that are maximized and unmaximizing (restoring) them onto the zones from FancyZones is a quite time consuming process.

• Proposed Solution:

• add a keyboard shortcut that will have the effect of going through all the windows on this desktop and reapply every window to the last known zone (bring it to any of the zones if no previous zone exists).

• PS: This is currently doable by opening the zone editor and using the mouse to double click the desired layout. Of course a keyboard shortcut would make this like so much faster
