Hyperlinks in Chunks- Document Processing

This belongs to document processing pipeline enhancement. Currently hyperlinks are not active in chunk view of supporting content. They are only active in document viewer. Many goverment docs have hyperlinks in them and when those chunk are cited as reference hyperlink should be active so user can click on it.

Here is an example of document chunk from copilot studio with hyperlink. This is expected behaviour.
