Excel Files disappear after importing.

It can't be reproduced. We can only see the results.
The issue only happens in one Data Area, for two different import entities.

I expected to find files in the folder configures on RIS.

Yes. Without repro I cannot help. Did you review event log?
Is this a local folder or shared one? Is there an AV solution that could quarantine those files?
It is very unlikely (considering a very little info i see) to blame RIS for this. It is moving all files in the same way.
Try to experiment with different locations of folders, Maybe this will lead you to an explanation.

Where can I find event log? Maybe we have an explanation there.
In the environment we have a lot of scheduled process and have only two with this problem.
It not occurs with all files, but in 90%.
