make build pipline job run parallel?

not related to product, it's about build pipeline, I noticed jobs are running sequential and very slow, can we make them run parallel?

Describe the solution you'd like
update build pipeline yaml file to add stages and make jobs run parallel.

Additional context
change the pipeline run to something like this:

Hi @dylanw-oss our jobs do run in parallel, if you take a look at our devOps pipeline, they start at the same time and run un parallel.
