xcrun: error: unable to find utility "PackageApplication", not a developer tool or in PATH

We have been forced to update XCode and now the build fails with:

xcrun: error: unable to find utility "PackageApplication", not a developer tool or in PATH

From what I have read, PackageApplication was removed last patch. Any plans to update TACO to support?

I am in the process of rolling back to XCode 8.2.1, which can be downloaded here if you are logged into apple developer console:
https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?path=/Developer_Tools/Xcode_8.2.1/Xcode_8.2.1.xip

Will update with success/fail.

Confirmed rolling back gave no issues
