I recently had an issue working with TACO and could not get plugins to work on a mobile device. (See StackOverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46207220/packages-for-cordova-are-not-loading-when-deployed-to-a-device/46853090#46853090).

In our code base we had some JS animation plugins in a www/Plugins folder. During build time windows had no problems adding to this folder. However Android would not see www/Plugins when looking for www/plugins. I am not sure how to best resolve this, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

Thanks!
