The Scenario Template has some minor typos

The scenario template here mentions the tool GetNBANews several times despite GetNBANews not being a supplied tool (it should be replaced with GetNFLNews for each occurrence)

This template is multiple steps removed from the core evaluation software, as it only inputs into scenario generation, so it is a minor issue only.
