Repro Steps

Try to enable mirrored mode with [wsl2] networkingMode = mirrored and get an error that it's not supported and is falling back to NAT.

Expected Behavior

Mirrored mode should start up correctly.

Actual Behavior

Mirrored mode doesn't start and I get NAT
