WSL Service goes into manual mode after reboot

Repro Steps

1. I used the sc config "WSLService" start= auto command in cmd as admin
2. I reboot the computer
3. I open terminal and type wsl.exe --system and I get the following message:

Nie można uruchomić określonej usługi, ponieważ jest ona wyłączona lub ponieważ nie są włączone skojarzone z nią urządzenia.
Error code: Wsl/0x80070422

4. After opening services.msc and changing the WSL Service to auto I go back to the terminal and run wsl.exe --system and it runs as it should.

(the error code is in polish)

Expected Behavior

Changing the WSL Service to auto should make it run automaticly after reboot.

Actual Behavior

I got an error Wsl/0x80070422, and WSL failed to boot.

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

The logs show that wslservice is disabled. Try to run (elevated command prompt): sc.exe config wslservice start= demand and see if that solves the issue

I used the command sc.exe config wslservice start= demand and rebooted my computer. The wsl service turned off and this is the output.

After doing the provided steps once again the error disappeared.
