Trying to install Ubuntu

wsl --install -d Ubuntu

Expected Behavior

To install the ubuntu wsl

Actual Behavior

Installing, this may take a few minutes...

also have this issue on one of my computer.
It turned out that enable CPU virtualization fix this problem.

This has been fixed after updating to Windows 11 Insider build 22518 after

wsl --update
