Carrying over subsequent error from issue #119.

When activating the ABAP SDK after git pull, the following warning appears in notification bar:

Generation ZREST_SCREEN terminated (see long text). Return code ZREST_SCREEN

Changes to ZTTA/CUA_AREA as per SAP guidance didn't help so far.

However, it seems the SDK is activated properly anyways. Was able to execute calls to Cosmos DB for example.

Tested with S4 2022 and latest SAP CAL fully activated appliance
