Check GUIALLOWED before calling Window

Hi,

We need to have some checks of GUIALLOWED before window ist called, else NAS will run on an Error.

Objects we discovered need a change:

• Codeunit 23 Item Jnl.- Post Batch

• Codeunit 80 Sales Post

• Codeunit 5407 Prod. Order Status Management

• Codeunit 99000831 Reservation Engine Mgt.

• Report 299 Delete Invoiced Sales Orders

• Report 499 Delete Invoiced Purch. Orders

• Report 5706 Create Stockkeeping Unit

This hasn't been true since version 7, (maybe 6 RTC) the dialog type does NOT error in a background RTC session.

Obviously the input routines still do (CONFIRM and STRMENU)
