:app:lintVitalRelease fails on app center with additional buildTypes

We currently have an issue on App Center when trying to build a react-native app that has an additional buildType next to release and debug.

Our buildType in specific is called releaseStaging and is causing the following output:

:app:lintVitalRelease FAILED

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
