Readme get started section is leading reader away from the new sdk to the old sdk #52

The links below from the readme.md leads the reader to the old VSS SDK. Why is that? Isn't the Azure Devops Extension SDK the preferred SDK?

This way new developers do not adopt the new SDK, at least, when speaking of Azure Devops Services.
