Missing docs for resource authorization on push

I can't find the docs for Yaml for authorization. These docs used to live at:

Now they are gone, as you can see here:

I couldn't find the information that was available on those md files anywhere else. Did I miss it somewhere on azure-pipelines-agent or on this repo or is it really missing?
