probably a bug in Azure SDK, but it seems that Regions.list() is throwing an unathenticated access exception even though everything else in the authenticated mgmt client seems to work..

that's because it's getting called from ASM, which is not authenticated... It looks like there is no regions-listing functionality in ARM yet... SO not actionable for now...
