As ROS1 is slowly being phased out in favor of ROS2, we should begin to investigate supporting ROS2 with Azure Kinect. This will involve creating a new branch to support a ROS2 release, and then porting the node to run on the new ROS2 messaging stack.

Since this is going to require some work on the Microsoft side to enable the CI system for ROS2, and setup the correct branches, I'm going to try to tackle this internally. If a community member wants to help out or get the code building in ROS2, I'd welcome the assistance.
