* Update to use the AuthBot NuGet package to handle authentication
* Update logout flow
* Fix issue with ShutdownVirtualMachineFormComplete method
* No prompt to select automation account if there isn't available. Close #3.
* Select automation account if only 1 is available. Close #20.
* Implement Logout command
* Update AuthBot NuGet package. Close #22
* Any message triggers help until user types "login" (#25)
* Any message will trigger the Help unless user types "login" and then after this all of the regular commands will apply.
