It would be better to make the warning message red and auto appear on the 'Access Policies' dialog #8061

How Found: From running test cases
Regression From: Not a regression

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
  2. Right click one blob container -> Click 'Manage Stored Access Policies...'.
  3. Click 'Add' -> Change the start time to make it greater then expire time.
  4. There are red borders for Start/Expire time boxes.
  5. Hove on the the Expire time -> There is a warning message.
  6. Check whether the warning message is red.

Expected Experience

It would be better to make the warning message red and auto appear on the dialog.

Actual Experience

The warning message only appears when hovering over the red border.

This issue also reproduces when inputting an invalid ID.

@v-xianya Be aware this is a very old dialog and does not have all of the features of newer ones.
