Stemming from #87, we need to have clearer instructions for users to be able to use the SDK.

Once the async2 branch gets merged into msrest-for-python's master branch, users will not be required to use the requirements.txt.

There is a drift between the current documentation and the code living in this repo: the code in the documentation does not work.
The documentation should also use Python best practices, at minimum meaning the usage of a virtual environment
